Born into a family of musicians, Veronika Iltchenko began studying the piano at the age of 6. After studying in Yekaterinburg (Tchaikowsky College and Moussorgsky Conservatory), she went on to perfect her skills with Jan Michiels in Brussels and Rian De Waal in The Hague, while taking numerous master classes. In 2000, she moved to Brussels, but continues to pursue an international career as a concert soloist and as an accompanist in recitals (particularly singing recitals). Her first CD featured masterpieces of Russian music and was unanimously acclaimed by the public and the press.
