The German Amaryllis Quartet is regarded as one of the most important of its generation. Its career began in 2011. It trained in Basel with Walter Levin, with the Alban Berg Quartet in Cologne and with Günther Pichler in Madrid. Applauded in the greatest concert halls (Elbphilharmonie, Wiener Musikverein, Fenice di Venezia...), he has won numerous international prizes. He offers a new approach to the classical repertoire and, alongside contemporary works, brings forgotten works back to life. It sometimes opens up to other partners, as here in Stavelot with the Zemlinsky Quartet.
