A native of Verviers, of which she is an honorary citizen, Eliane Reyes was first trained by her mother and gave her first concerts at the age of 5. She studied at the Conservatoire Royal de Bruxelles and the Chapelle Reine Elisabeth with Jean-Claude Vanden Eynden, as well as at the CNSM in Paris (with Brigitte Engerer and Jacques Rouvier). She perfected her skills with some of the great masters and quickly won a number of prestigious awards. She enjoys a brilliant career in Belgium and abroad. Her discography has won numerous awards. Eliane Reyes teaches at the Conservatoire Royal de Bruxelles and the CNSM in Paris.
