Born in Namur in 1977, soprano Caroline Weynants began her musical training with the Namur youth choir La Choraline, directed by Benoît Giaux. She went on to study with Greta de Reyghere at the Conservatoire Royal de Liège, where she won a number of prizes. In 1998, she joined the Chœur de Chambre de Namur, where she performed as a chorister and soloist in a variety of repertoires and under the direction of numerous conductors, with whom she recorded the great classical works. She can be heard at major European festivals.
